1. General

By visiting and purchasing from slimpack.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. SlimPack reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

 

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they appear in reality. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.

 

3. Pricing

All prices on slimpack.store are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

 

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

•      You are at least 18 years of age

•      The information you provide is accurate and complete

•      You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

•      United Kingdom: 7-14 business days

•      Germany / Netherlands / Belgium: 7-14 business days

•      Rest of Europe: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

 

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

•      Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

•      PayPal

•      Apple Pay / Google Pay

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy applies to all orders. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full details. In summary, you may return unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on slimpack.store, including logos, images, text and product descriptions, is the property of SlimPack and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

SlimPack is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
