1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is called the right of withdrawal. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product has not been damaged by the customer

• The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via:

• Email: info@slimpack.store

• Include your order number and the reason for the return

• We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received defective or damaged. In that case, we will fully reimburse the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within:

• 5 business days for credit or debit card payments

• 3 business days for PayPal

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

Did you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@slimpack.store. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been clearly used or damaged by the customer

• Products returned without their original packaging

• Products returned after 14 days without prior approval
