1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €39.99 to the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee of €4.99.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs fees may apply depending on the order value. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. SlimPack is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
• Check your tracking number for the latest update
• Check with your local post office or neighbours
• Contact us at info@slimpack.store if the package is more than 7 days late
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@slimpack.store. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. SlimPack is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
