Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to UK, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed. Contact us as soon as possible at info@slimpack.store.

 

How do I return a product?

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email info@slimpack.store within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
